Renault Kangoo radiocode
The Renault Kangoo is a versatile commercial vehicle and passenger car that has been produced for more than 25 years. The Kangoo I (1997–2007) had a Tuner List radio depending on the trim level, with the oldest models (pre-2001) sometimes having no PRE-code. The Kangoo II (2008–2021) is fully equipped with the Update List system and always has a PRE-code. Due to the working environment of the Kangoo — regular battery changes, electrical tools loading the battery — a locked radio is particularly common on this model.

In the Renault Kangoo II, the PRE-code sticker is standard on the inside of the glove compartment or on the edge of the dashboard panel near the passenger door. In van versions, the sticker may also be included in the service folder or instruction booklet. Some Kangoo II fleet vehicles have the PRE-code noted in the maintenance document. Remove the radio with two DIN keys if the sticker cannot be found — the back of the radio always has a sticker.
