Renault Master radiocode
The Renault Master is Renault's largest van and commercial vehicle, popular in transport companies, ambulance services and as a motorhome. The Master II (1997–2010) had the Tuner List or Update List radio depending on year and trim. The Master III (2010–present) switched to Update List and optionally Media Nav. Given the working context of the Master — frequent use, external equipment, sometimes also 24V installations on special vehicles — a battery-related radio code problem is relatively common.

Onde encontro o código PRE no meu Master?
In the Renault Master II, you will find the PRE-code sticker on the inside of the glove compartment or on the back of the radio after removal. On the Master III, the sticker is also in the glove compartment, sometimes also in the service folder or instruction booklet. If converted to a special vehicle (ambulance, motorhome), the radio may have been moved or replaced — always check the sticker on the actual radio present.
Dicas úteis para o Master
- For van versions of the Master III, the PRE-code is sometimes documented in the handover folder of the previous owner or leasing company.
- The Master III with Media Nav has a different PRE-code entry via the touchscreen — this is not an error, but a feature of the system.
- Warm the sticker slightly with your hand at low temperatures if it is difficult to read due to condensation.
- When converting the Master to a motorhome, check whether the radio is still an original Renault Update List, or whether an aftermarket radio has been installed.
